On March 11th, we will be joined by Nicola Gryson from Kerrygold Cheese in our Club Room! Nicola will be here to talk about the operations at Kerrygold and of course, discuss their cheese.
Our store's cheese specialist, Chris Irvin, will discuss other types of Irish chees. Our chefs, Tracy and Ciaran and Roxy, currently a culinary student at Kirkwood, will showcase and sample their delicious dishes made with Irish cheese. We will pair the cheese and dishes with beer, wine and whiskey.
