In support of the Dubuque Fighting Saints, Hy-Vee is offering a tremendous opportunity to our customers and Saints fans. The more the Fighting Saints score, the more you save! Every Friday night home game this season is a Hy-Vee Fuel Saver Friday. For every goal the Fighting Saints score that game, you receive 5 cents off per gallon of gas. All you have to do is be signed up for Hy-Vee's Fuel Saver program, and bring your ticket stub by the following Sunday to any Dubuque Hy-Vee location to have the savings applied to your Fuel Saver Card! OFFICIAL RULES HY-VEE DUBUQUE FIGHTING SAINTS FUEL SAVER™ PROMOTION
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Hy-Vee Dubuque Fighting Saints Fuel Saver™ Promotion (“Promotion”) shall run through the 2014-2015 regular season for the following scheduled games for the Dubuque Fighting Saints hockey team in which Hy-Vee is a presenting sponsor (the “Promotion Period”) October 17, 2014; November 7, 2014; November 14, 2014; December 5, 2014; January 5, 2014; January 23, 2014; February 20, 2014; February 27, 2014; March 6, 2014; March 20, 2014; March 27, 2014 and April 10, 2014. By participating, a customer, and his or her heirs, assignees, executors and administrators, agrees to these Official Rules.
2. HOW TO REDEEM FUEL SAVER CREDIT: During the Promotion Period, customers may redeem each ticket stub from a regular season Fighting Saints game identified above as sponsored by Hy-Vee during the 2014-2015 season for Fuel Saver credit. The amount of credit shall be determined by the number of hockey goals scored by the Fighting Saints during the last scheduled game. For each official goal scored, customer shall receive credit of $.05 on his/her Fuel Saver card, up to a maximum of five (5) goals per game. Credit is limited to one (1) ticket per person and must be presented no later than 10pm the Sunday following the Fighting Saints game. Ticket must be presented to the Hy-Vee Food Stores customer service counter located at either 3500 Dodge Street; 2395 NW Arterial; or 400 S Locust Street, Dubuque, Iowa. Offer can be redeemed during normal customer service hours (Saturday & Sunday 7am to 10pm).
3. PROGRAM INFORMATION: The Hy-Vee Fuel Saver™ program is subject to terms and conditions which may be found at Hy-Vee.com. Hy-Vee Fuel Saver™ cards can be used to earn discounts by making certain purchases at participating Hy-Vee, Hy-Vee Drugstore, Hy-Vee Gas and Hy-Vee Mainstreet stores. Discounts earned may be used in conjunction with fuel purchases at participating redemption locations. Discounts are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
