Join Chef Bob Allen as he tours Italy and brings your taste buds along for the ride. Menu to include Fresh Gnocchi Carbonara with Artichoke, Bacon and Parmesan Cheese and Spaghetti Puttanesca with Kalamata Olives and Capers, covered in a spicy Anchovy Marinara Sauce. For dessert, Fig and Pistachio Bread topped with a Madeira Sabayon Sauce. Recipes will be provided.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.

Participants must be 21 years old or older to register for a class with the wine option.

Cost: $20.00 with wine/ $17.00 without wine
