Find out all you need to know about preparing and enjoying shellfish! Your Hy-Vee seafood experts will take the mystery out of the shell as we feature fabulous shellfish in this session of Seafood 101. On the menu: Clams with Garlic and Parsley, Magnificent Tomato Mussels and Firecracker Scallops. Wine pairings will be recommended & sampled.
