Chefs' Italian Cuisine and Wine Dinner

Join our chefs and Marian Fuica from Terra Firma Wines for an evening of Italian cuisine and wine.  The menu is Arancini Veneziani, Eggplant Caponata, Chicken Saltimbocca, Osso Buco with Risotto alla Milanese and an Almond & Pomegranate Meringue.  All the courses will be paired with Italian wines.  Fee is $30 per person or $55 per couple.  Please RSVP to [email protected] or call 816.505.1311.  Please pay at Customer Service and bring the receipt with you to the class.
