Find out how to combine foods for maximum flavor and nutrition in this Valentine’s Day-inspired class led by Linda Ashley, RD, LD, Hy-Vee registered dietitian. On the menu: Spinach and Citrus Salad served in Belgian Endive, Fresh Tomato and Gulf Shrimp Scampi and Sweetheart Dark Chocolate Bark. Each participant will enjoy these dishes during class and have the opportunity to make his/her own Sweetheart Dark Chocolate Bark to take home.
