February is National Heart Month and the Mediterranean diet has been shown to reduce the risk for heart disease. In honor of this month, join Chef Bob and your Hy-Vee dietitian, Janine Albers to learn about this heart-healthy way of eating. The menu includes Minestrone Soup, Salmon with Mediterranean Relish, Brown Rice Pilaf and Citrus Curd Napoleon.

Janine will discuss the key components of the traditional Mediterranean diet during the class.
