With a little help from Holly Swee, director of nutrition and consumer information with the South Dakota Beef Industry Council and Rich Fredericks, you will not only master the techniques behind this slow-roasted American classic, you will also learn tried-and-true recipes for the kind of trimmings that bring out the best of your acclaimed delicacy. Join us for this exciting holiday cooking class! Menu to include perfect prime rib with wild rice mushroom tart, cognac cranberries, ligurian pasta and special dessert.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
