In 2012, 29.1 million Americans were estimated to have diabetes. Of the 29.1 million, 21 million were diagnosed and 8.1 million were undiagnosed. These figures have increased from 2010. Odds are that you know someone with diabetes or have been diagnosed with it yourself. Join us for a Diabetes Health Fair to educate or re-educate yourself on the importance of diet, weight loss, medication, blood sugar monitoring and foot care on the management of this disease. Food and product samples will be available along with information on shoes and wellness.
