Fresh mixed spring greens tossed in a poppy seed dressing topped with mandarin orange segments, toasted almond, honey and red onions, served in a Parmesan cheese cup.

Lobster medallions with a creamy sorrel sauce served on a bed of mushroom polenta with matchstick vegetables.

Tender filet of beef tenderloin with a red currant sauce, duchess potatoes and fall squash medley.

Tropical ice cream bomb with mango sorbet, raspberry sherbet and vanilla ice cream coated in a crushed Dutch chocolate shell on a pool of berry sauce with toasted coconut and grilled pineapple.
