1st course:
Roasted acorn squash bisque:  a delicate soup utilizing the gourd at the height of its season.

2nd course:
Broccoli and Irish cheddar quiche:  an egg casserole featuring fresh broccoli florets and a robust Irish cheddar cheese.

3rd course:
Salmon filet stuffed with boursin:  flaky Atlantic salmon with a hint of boursin, served on a bed of spring greens.

Honey/porter-glazed chicken skewers:  tender, moist chicken morsels with a sweet, savory sauce served on seasoned rice pilaf.

5th course:
Caramelized apple upside-down cake:  it’s apple season with this yummy dessert!  Toasted almonds add crunch to this cake and cinnamon fresh whipped cream tops it off.
