Activites include trick-or-treating, cookie decorating, free glow-in-the-dark bag for the first 100 kids, a coloring contest, free toothbrushes, and a mix-your-own trail mix with your Hy-Vee dietitian Martha. No RSVP needed, but costumes are encouraged!
