Fall is here and winter is right around the corner! What is more appealing than the smell of soups and stews on the stove? When cold weather calls for a chill-chasing dinner, wrap your hands around a steaming bowl of one of our warming seafood soups and stews. Join Rich from our Seafood Department for this great class.
Menu to include New England clam chowder, Wolfgang Puck pumpkin and shrimp bisque, Manhatten fish Creole soup, partisan scallop soup. We will also explore the world of cheese in this fun class.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
