Tuna Tataki Salad: Spring mix topped with seared Ahi tuna, cucumber and tomato, dressed with garlic soy.

2nd course:
Hot-and-Sour Beef Soup with Lime: Hot-and-sour soup with fresh ginger, cilantro, green onions, red chilies and lime juice, served with beef filet.

3rd course:
Red Dragon and Shrimp Tempura Roll: Unagi, cream cheese, sliced jalapeno topped with sushi-grade Ahi tuna, tempura crunch, Japanese mayo and eel sauce. Shrimp tempura, imitation crab, cucumber and avocado topped with eel sauce and tempura crunch.

4th course:
Sous Vide Duck Breast: Sous vide marinated and slow-cooked duck breast flash fried served with Asian-style slaw.
