2nd course:
Shrimp and vegetable skewers; delicate shellfish and wWinter vegetables grilled and seasoned with a buttery lemon sauce.
La Storia Chardonnay 2013
3rd course:
Moroccan chicken stew; an explosion of color and flavor with braised chicken served on a bed of rice.

4th course:
Succulent beef tenderloin knapped with a velvety mushroom sauce and served with rosemary garlic Yukon gold potatoes and a bed of sautéed spinach.
