Join your Hamilton Hy-Vee chef and dietitian as they take you to explore the cuisine of the Mediterranean. Our next stop, Egypt!
Class will be held in the Hamilton Hy-Vee Club Room. The cost is $15 per person, which includes the meal and wine.
On the menu: Hard-Cooked Eggs with Cumin and Coriander, Chickpea Croquettes, Sesame Bread Rings, Beef and Okra Stew with Couscous and Baked Bread Pudding with Nuts, Raisins and Coconut.
Pre-registration and pre-payment (at least 24 hours in advance) at customer service are required. No refunds.
