Come to Lowe Park (4500 N. 10th St., Marion) at noon on the third Tuesday of the month for a FREE nutrition education session with Martha Harrouff, MPH, RD, LD, your Marion Hy-Vee Drugstore dietitian. Presentations will last approximately 30-45 minutes and include information, handouts, a time for questions and food samples as appropriate. January's topic is maintaining a healthy weight.
Program partners include Marion Parks & Recreation, Witwer Center Aging Services and Marion Hy-Vee Drugstore.
