1st course:
Tomato bisque with Parmesan croutons.
A light, yet hearty soup to get your taste buds ready for what follows.
Miro Cellars Pinot Noir Orsi Vineyard 2013
2nd course:
Shrimp and vegetable skewers; delicate shellfish and wWinter vegetables grilled and seasoned with a buttery lemon sauce.
La Storia Chardonnay 2013
3rd course:
Moroccan chicken stew; an explosion of color and flavor with braised chicken served on a bed of rice.
Miro Cellars Cuvee Sasha Rhone Blend 2012
4th course:
Succulent beef tenderloin knapped with a velvety mushroom sauce and served with rosemary garlic Yukon gold potatoes and a bed of sautéed spinach.

Ginger mascarpone cheesecake; the perfect end to dinner. Silky smooth cheesecake laced with fresh blood orange sauce.
