Join our chefs for some delightful French cuisine. Marian Fuico, from Terra Firma Wine, will be pairing French wines with each course. The menu is an appetizer trio of Escargot, Flammekueche and Gougeres. They will be followed by Pork Tenderloin Vol au Vent, Coquilles St-Jacques, Spinach Souffle and Crepes Suzette.
