Group classes: Mondays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., January 19, 2014-March 9, 2014 OR Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. January 24, 2014-March 14, 2014.
Each participant will also have one individual appointment with Megan, your Hy-Vee dietitian, during the week of 1/12/2014 in which we will estimate your calorie needs, discuss health history and discuss your individual needs.
The 10th session is individual and will be completed during the week of 3/16/2014. All group classes are taught by a registered dietitian.
