This 10-week lifestyle management program encourages you to eat for good health and weight loss, and to become physically active. You will learn what to eat, how to eat, when to eat and how to gain back control of your eating habits. Three different packages are offered to best fit your needs. The Begin Program includes two biometric screenings before and after the class, three individual sessions with the dietitian, and seven group classes.
