Are you a true cheesehead? Take this fun hands-on class and learn how to make a basic fresh cheese using minimal ingredients and equipment. Participants will work in teams to craft a small batch of fresh cheese. Class is taught by the staff of GetCulture Inc., a cheesemaking supply store in Madison. After making their own cheesy creations in class, participants will leave with a small bundle of supplies to make several batches of fresh cheese at home.

Class fee $45.

Class size is limited; sign up today! Classes are on a first-come basis. Tuition payment must accompany your registration.
You can register at the Customer Service counter and pay by check, cash or credit card. To register by phone, please contact Customer Service at 608-244-4696 and pay by credit card. If we cancel a class for any reason, we will contact you by phone and refund your tuition. If you must cancel a class, please notify us at least three days in advance for a full refund.
In the event of low enrollment, classses may be cancelled. All classes start promptly at the indicated time.
