Learn techniques to grill to perfection and tricks to know how to grill your meats to rare, medium or well-done. Join registered dietitian Julie Gieseman and Chef Steve Strock to learn how to bring your inner chef to our outdoor kitchen. Class will finish with your preparing your own steak, which you will enjoy with sides and a glass of wine or beer to complement. Hy-Vee Club Room, 555 S. 51st St., West Des Moines.
