Our monthly Seafood Cookery class is presented by Chef Chadwick this month, who will teach the students how to select the best fish and seafood, and correct ways to prepare them. The July class will include the fresh wild-caught salmon that has just come into season. Please RSVP at Customer Service, or call (417) 881-1950 to ensure your seat is saved.
