Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and here at your Coralville Hy-Vee we’ve got a special three-course dinner in store for you. Bring your sweetheart, a friend or come by yourself and enjoy a tasty meal prepared by Chef Cassie and Midori, your Hy-Vee dietitian. We’ll be making Spring Mix Salad with Blood Orange Vinaigrette, Smart Chicken Meatballs over angel hair pasta, and Raspberry White Chocolate Tiramisu. This class is sure to be a crowd-pleaser and you won’t want to miss it. In addition, our Wine and Spirits department will be bringing us samples of tasty beverages to pair with our samples.
