Do you have a Hy-Vee gift card but not quite sure of balance left on it. Let Hy-Vee.com help you. All you have to do is go to our Cift Card Balance page ( here ) and enter your 19 digit Hy-Vee gift card number (*which can be found on the back of your gift card) and click submit. You can enter up to five gift cards at a time.
