Fresh Tarragon Butter

Serves 8 (1 tablespoon each).

All you need:

8 tbsp Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp Hy-Vee black pepper

All you do:

Combine butter, tarragon, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Spoon onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll to create log shape. Twist ends of paper to seal. Refrigerate log until firm, about 3 hours.
