All you need:
2 pounds 93%-lean ground beef
2 tbsp purchased gourmet burger seasoning
Fresh Tarragon Butter, see recipe on hy-vee.com
6 Hy-Vee Bakery sesame buns, split
3 tbsp Hy-Vee select olive oil
All you do:
Combine ground beef with burger seasoning. Shape meat mixture into 12 thin patties. Slice Fresh Tarragon Butter into 12 slices. Place 6 slices of butter on half of the patties. Top with remaining patties; press edges to seal.
Preheat grill for direct cooking to medium heat.
Grill burgers for 18 to 23 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning once halfway through grilling. Top with remaining 6 slices of butter during the last minute of grilling time.
Brush cut sides of buns with olive oil. Grill, cut side down, during the last minute of grilling. Serve burgers on buns.
