All you need:

4 (7 inches round) whole pitas or flatbread rounds
4 lettuce leaves
12 oz deli roast beef
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
3 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
6 tbsp cucumber-dill Greek yogurt dip

All you do:

On each whole pita, top with one-fourth of lettuce, roast beef, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and dip. Fold pita in half to serve.
