All you need:
12 chicken wingettes (about 1-1/2 pounds total)
1 tbsp Hy-Vee Select olive oil
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 c. Southwestern barbecue sauce
1/4 c. Hy-Vee apricot preserves
Chopped fresh basil, optional
All you do:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; place a wire rack on top of foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Brush wings with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on prepared rack.
Bake for 15 minutes. For glaze, combine barbecue sauce and apricot preserves. Brush wings with glaze after 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
