All you need:
1 (13.25 oz) box Hy-Vee whole wheat rotini pasta
1 (24 oz) jar Hy-Vee pasta sauce, divided
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee finely shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped Hy-Vee pepperoni
All you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Stir in half the jar of pasta sauce and half the bag of mozzarella cheese.
Saute pepper and onion to soften, about 5 minutes; stir in pepperoni and add to pasta in baking dish. Pour remaining 1/2 jar pasta sauce over pasta and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
