All you need:
4 large potatoes
4 slices Hy-Vee bacon
1 c. Hy-Vee chili with beans
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
Hy-Vee sour cream, optional

All you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes. Poke potatoes with fork several times. Place directly on oven rack and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet; drain and cut into pieces. Heat chili with beans according to package directions.
Split open cooked potatoes and top each with chili, bacon, green onions, cheese, tomato and sour cream, if desired.
