All you need:
1 c. diced fresh pineapple
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 seeded and chopped fresh Serrano chile pepper
1 tsp grated lime peel
1/4 tsp Hy-Vee ground black pepper

All you do:
Combine pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, Serrano chile pepper, lime peel and ground black pepper in a bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
