Herb Butter

Serves 9 (1 tbsp each).

All you need:

1/2 c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 tbsp dry white wine
1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic

All you do:

Whip together butter and wine. Fold in green onion, parsley, thyme and garlic.
Shape into stick shape on butter wrapper or put into a small covered bowl. If shaping into a stick wrap tightly with wrapper or plastic wrap once the butter is firm. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
