If you are having trouble logging into your My Hy-Vee account, the top things to check are:
- Re-enter your login credentials to make sure your email address is correct and password is spelled correctly. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
- Cookies are required. Check your browser settings to make sure you are accepting cookies. For detailed instructions on checking your cookies settings, click here.
- Some firewalls (e.g., eTrust Personal Firewall) block you from logging in. Try disabling your firewall and logging in. If this works, your firewall is causing the issue.
