From garlic scapes to squash, kale to choi – you won’t leave this farm empty handed. Echollective utilizes solar energy, green building, and alternative energy practices. Look for basil, asparagus, lettuce, turnips and more in the produce section at Hy-Vee.

Beal Fine Meats and Produce has been going strong for nearly 40 years. They grow vegetables, corn, beans and hay. Check out their sweet potatoes at Hy-Vee, and ask our dietitian for delicious recipes to make your sweet potatoes in a variety of ways!
OAK HILL ACRES
