Ingredients:
All you do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes. Poke potatoes with fork several times. Place directly on oven rack and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet; drain and cut into pieces. Heat chili with beans according to package directions.
- Split open cooked potatoes and top each with chili, bacon, green onions, cheese, tomato and sour cream, if desired.
