Ingredients:

  • 4 c. shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 strips Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Hy-Vee buttermilk ranch dressing

All you do

  1. In a large bowl, top lettuce with corn, tomato, avocado, black beans and bacon. Serve with buttermilk ranch dressing, if desired.
