Ingredients:
All you do
- Remove skin from garlic cloves. Place on piece of foil and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap foil around garlic and roast in 400-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until soft.
- Combine roasted garlic, butter and thyme; set aside.
- Meanwhile, season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks 13 to 18 minutes or until desired doneness, turning halfway though grilling time. Immediately spread garlic-thyme butter over steaks when removed from grill.
