Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee ketchup
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 heart of romaine lettuce, very thinly sliced (about 2 c.)
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • Lemon wedges

All you do

  1. Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, chives, lemon juice and ketchup in medium bowl to blend. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide lettuce among 4 glasses. Divide crab among glasses. Drizzle sauce over crab. Serve with lemon wedges.
