Ingredients:

  • 8 Hy-Vee Gourmet Steakhouse ground chuck sliders
  • 8 Hy-Vee Bakery slider buns, split
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
  • 1 c. fresh pico de gallo
  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1 lime, halved

All you do

  1. Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees. During last minute of grilling, add buns, cut sides down, on grill. Grill until lightly toasted.
  2. Spread the bottom half of each bun with sour cream. Top each with slider, pico, avocado, a squeeze of lime juice and top bun.
