Smoked Turkey and Apple Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices Take & Bake multigrain bread, baked according to package directions
  • 1/3 c. apple butter
  • 1/2 pound Di Lusso smoked turkey, divided
  • 4 (1 oz each) slices Havarti cheese
  • 1 large apple, such as Braeburn or Granny Smith, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 fresh lettuce leaves

All you do

  1. Place bread slices on cutting board. Spread apple butter mixture evenly on bread slices.
  2. Top each of 4 bread slices with 2 ounces smoked turkey, slice of Havarti cheese, apple slices and lettuce leaf. Top each prepared bread slice with remaining half of the sliced bread, apple butter side down. Slice each sandwich in half and serve.
