Ingredients:
All you do
- Prepare couscous as instructed on package, omitting the oil.
- Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily. Season with salt and pepper as desired, remove from heat and set aside.
- Stir watermelon, honey and mint into cooked couscous. Mix well and serve with salmon.
