Salmon-Wasabi Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
  • 2 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill

All you do

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, salmon, shallot, wasabi and dill until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors.
