Ingredients:
All you do
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and onions. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in rosemary.
- Continue cooking until potatoes are golden-brown, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt just before serving.
