Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee Select olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee butter
  • 1 (1.5 lb) package ProHealthâ„¢ Baby Potatoes, quartered
  • 6 pearl onions, peeled
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee sea salt

All you do

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the potatoes and onions. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Uncover and stir in rosemary.
  4. Continue cooking until potatoes are golden-brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt just before serving.
