Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked Hy-Vee rotelle pasta
  • 2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 (8 oz) block Hy-Vee mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 10 slices Hy-Vee pepperoni, quartered
  • 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
  • Hy-Vee cracked black pepper, to taste

All you do

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
