Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 oz lump crab meat
  • 24 mini fillo shells
  • Chopped fresh parsley

All you do

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheeses, green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in crab meat. Fill tart shells with crab mixture, about 1 tablespoon each. Fit tart shells into 24 ungreased mini muffin cups.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Top with fresh parsley.
