Lime-Marinated Steaks with Chipotle Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 (1 lb each) T-bone steaks
  • 1/4 c. tequila lime marinade
  • Chipotle Butter:
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

All you do

  1. Combine steaks and marinade in a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 4 hours. Remove from marinade; discard marinade.
  2. Heat grill to medium heat. Grill steaks 7 minutes; turn. Grill an additional 5 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
  3. To make chipotle butter, stir together butter and peppers. Form into a log; cover and refrigerate until serving.
  4. To serve steaks, top with chipotle butter, if desired.
