Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic

All you do

  1. Whip together butter and wine. Fold in green onion, parsley, thyme and garlic.
  2. Shape into stick shape on butter wrapper or put into a small covered bowl. If shaping into a stick wrap tightly with wrapper or plastic wrap once the butter is firm. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
