Crunchy Pickle Deviled Eggs

All you need:

  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 1 green onion, white and green parts, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Hy-Vee dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee yellow mustard
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

All you do:

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in onions, mayonnaise, relish and mustard until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
